Inventory Control
Bar Code System and Reports
Micronclean utilizes a proprietary RFID system to track inventory and generate useful information about cleanroom garments, including life cycle information, location, size and style, vendor, number of processings, and so forth. We have tested oursystem under the most rigorous conditions in order to provide our customers with reliable information.
Micronclean's RFID system assigns a unique serial number to each garment as it is placed into service. These bar codes are scanned every time the garments are turned in for processing and the captured information is used to generate a variety of reports. These reports include:
-
Garment List. Provides an overview of all garments including style, actual bar code number, when the garments were placed into service, last time they were picked up, current month's usage, and total life usage, to date.
-
Soiled Pickup Receipt. Reports the most recent collection of soiled garments.
-
Turnover by Employee. Summarizes usage by garment type and size for the current month and previous six months.
These are just three examples of many that the system can produce. Reports can be supplied or summarized in a variety of ways, and supplied as frequently as a customer requires.....even Real-Time and Online via the Internet.
Sizing/Size Distribution
We are committed to working in partnership with each site to carefully match garment inventory with population headcount. This ensures more efficient garment utilization, better customer service and greater value.
